FOS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This website is operated by Fashion On Screen Plc. From time to time, the company may offer tickets to its events and in such cases the following terms and conditions shall apply.
The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your booking, inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any booking fee and collection or delivery fee. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets.
Tickets will only be delivered to the billing address of the debit/credit card holder unless we specifically offer you the facility for tickets to be sent to an alternative address. Where tickets are collected in person at the venue’s box office, the cardholder must present the credit/debit card used to make the booking. In the case of e-tickets customers must ensure they bring proof of purchase and ID.
Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. We reserve the right to provide alternative seats of no less value to those specified on the ticket if the staging of the event reasonably requires a relocation.
Discounts and special offers are subject to availability. Where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement will be required.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance. In the case of a cancellation only the face value of your ticket is refundable. In any event, personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk and not refundable by us.
We can accept tickets for resale but we will only attempt to resell them once a show is sold out and cannot guarantee that they will be resold. An administration charge of £5 per ticket will be made for each ticket successfully resold.
Tickets may only be purchased from the FOS website or one of our authorised agents. We reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to anyone we believe to be purchasing for the purposes of resale. Unless given express permission by us, tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. To do so will render tickets void and the holder will be refused entry. Any ticket in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void.
At the venue
The management reserves the right to refuse ticket holders admission to the venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void. The management also reserves the right to request ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
At the venue’s discretion, changes may be made to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of our negligence.
FOS will not admit a customer into a film screening who does not look the correct age for the film certification. We lawfully reserve the right to challenge a customer on this issue and may ask for ID with proof of age (we will accept a copy of a birth certificate, passport or bus pass that displays a date of birth). No refunds will be given to those refused admittance.
The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted in the venue.
Ticket-holders consent to their being filmed and photographed for publicity and broadcast purposes.
We would like to keep you informed of future events at FOS and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will ask your consent to do this. If you wish to be removed from our marketing list, you may contact us at any time.
In order to process your booking, the FOS Box Office will ask for and store your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We will not pass on your details to third parties without your consent.
You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them accordingly.
